Android 5.0 Lollipop Review

Android 5.0 Lollipop AKA Android L features an entire redesign of the user interface called Material Design with a whole new set of animations and new features. It also includes a set of new wall papers! Notifications are redone and with a clear all button. Quick settings now include a brightness slider, FlashLight toggle, screen origination lock and a screen cast button to ChromeCast your screen to your television. Android L also includes a profile switcher which is useful if someone is sharing their phone or letting someone borrow it.

The clock app background now reflects the current time, you can screen pin an app which is prefect to pin just an app to let younger kids play without them exiting into other apps on your phone, this is just a small set of examples of what’s new in Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Do you share your phone with anyone, would user switching be useful for you? What are your thoughts on Android L?
